Our music and video streaming service for business has been operating for over 35 years, supporting venues across Australia and globally, from gyms and family entertainment venues to pubs, restaurants, casinos and holiday destinations.
As our user base continues to grow, so does our need to expand various areas of the business – including our Sales & Accounts Management team!
We’re chasing a capable full-time Sales Coordinator to support our Account Managers as they introduce new clients to Nightlife Music and cater to the needs of existing ones.

Who You Are
As a professional, you love…
- Data administration and organisation – you consider this your main area of expertise!
- Sales support – work in tandem with your Account manager to create accountability and drive commercial success
- Accounts and billing coordination – you’re comfortable handling invoicing, payment enquiries, account changes and the day-to-day administration that keeps client accounts running smoothly
- CRM databases – you understand the maintenance and data integrity required for the beating heart of Nightlife.
At Nightlife Music, you will…
- Coordinate our sales and accounts processes to ensure customer success
- Maintain our custom-built CRM database
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, commercial agreements and invoices
- Take ownership of the administrative and financial coordination of client accounts, including invoicing, payments, account changes and billing support
- Ensure our Account Managers are well supported and empowered to exceed client expectations
If applying for this role, you should tell us about your…
- 3 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Advanced communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills
- Love for process and procedure
- Experience in a fast-paced, team environment where you own(ed) a project(s)
- Experience managing or maintaining a CRM database (This will be highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (This will also be highly regarded)
- General understanding of accounts invoicing and document processing
