- Manage website hosting environments, deployments, backups, DNS settings and URL redirects
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve website errors, downtime and performance issues
- Administer and maintain Nightlife websites, including updates, user management and integrations
- Develop new website pages, templates, features and functionality
- Perform content updates, site improvements and bug fixes across multiple platforms
- Develop, maintain and enhance our PayloadCMS and WordPress websites
- Work with APIs, databases and custom backend functionality to support business requirements
- Ensure websites remain secure, responsive, accessible and optimised for performance
- Assist with SEO implementation and website optimisation initiatives

Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Individuals currently completing their studies will also be considered
- 3+ years industry and/or personal web development experience
- Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and modern web development practices
- Experience with React and Next.js development
- Experience working with Content Management Systems, including WordPress and/or headless CMS platforms
- Knowledge of database technologies, including MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
- Understanding of website hosting, deployment processes, backups and DNS management
- Strong interpersonal, written, presentation and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- An attitude to deliver work within a deadline-driven environment with exceptional attention to detail
Highly Desirable
- Experience working with PayloadCMS
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development
- Knowledge of Drizzle ORM or similar database tools
- Experience implementing website security and access controls
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimisation
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integrations
