Servicing over 7,000 locations and 4,000 clients across the hospitality, fitness, leisure, tourism, retail and accommodation sectors, we deliver engaging and interactive in-venue experiences via our playlisting, visual content and music request app for patrons, crowdDJ®. Our high-profile client base includes the Merivale Group, Crown Resorts, and Casinos, P&O Cruises, Anytime Fitness, Grill’d and many more. We hold licenses with all major record labels and a host of Independents, visual suppliers, as well as the rights to re-purpose content from sporting codes such as the NRL and NBL. To support growth, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Client Services Manager to join our Client Services team. This role calls for someone who can quickly grasp our core service value, products, and technical systems whilst managing a team of Client Service Representatives in a dynamic environment.

You will be involved in:

  • Managing and overseeing all operations of the Client Service Department.
  • Maintaining and developing policy and process documentation.
  • Client retention, reporting, and performance.
  • Career Development and daily HR management of all team members.
  • Championing Nightlife’s culture and core service principles.
  • Ensuring the value proposition of Nightlife Services are captured, scripted and communicated through the team.

Selection Criteriafor your application to be considered, please address in your cover letter:

  • Bachelor of Business.
  • 5+ years’ experience leading a team in a contact center environment.
  • Extremely strong customer service focus.
  • Proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite, experience with professional CRM software, and the ability to master unfamiliar platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for technology including media players and audio/visual equipment.
