To commemorate their 50th anniversary, Cold Chisel unveiled “50 Years – The Best Of”, a comprehensive greatest hits album that encapsulates the highlights of their legendary career. To celebrate, Nightlife put together an epic streaming event for venues with die-hard fans.
The anniversary album is out now and boasts a robust 25-track lineup, featuring timeless songs like Khe Sanh, Flame Trees, Cheap Wine, and When The War Is Over, as well as a brand-new track titled You’ve Got To Move. Additionally, it includes unforgettable live renditions of Shipping Steel and Goodbye (Astrid Goodbye), making it an essential listen for every fan.
Nightlife once again partnered with Universal Music Australia to launch this special pop-up Cold Chisel streaming channel, available on the album release day. This exclusive channel streamed a 4-hour program of curated content, offering a dynamic mix of Cold Chisel’s greatest hits featured on the album, the new track, live performances, and more!
To give venues content flexibility, those who tuned into the channel were able to switch between the Cold Chisel channel and their regular content across the weekend – depending on their needs and demographics.

Across the 4-hour stream, viewers enjoyed a selection of exclusive content, including:

- Last Stand – Cold Chisel’s legendary concert filmed at the Sydney Entertainment Centre in December 1983.

Although the stream event is over, Nightlife clients can keep the Cold Chisel celebrations going by queuing a wide selection of Cold Chisel’s best hits, available on the Nightlife system.
