Music, as they say, is the international language of love and we’re here to make sure that you’re fluent this February 14.
Whether you’re keen on serenading your crowd with some fresh new sounds or some more traditional love songs, we’ve got you covered with the following event tools this Valentine’s Day.
1. Set the scene with the right soundtrack
Create an intimate atmosphere for couples with the perfect accompaniment to any candlelit moment; our VALENTINES list.
Play romantic classics such as; ‘Sweetest Thing’ – U2, ‘You Make Loving Fun’ – Fleetwood Mac and fresher favourites: Love Looks Better – Alicia Keys, Perfect – Ed Sheeran, Body Do The Talking – Thelma Plum, Anyone – Justin Bieber and Love Story – Taylor Swift.
If those kinds of songs don’t really float your boat, try RNB_LOVE! This playlist ranges all the way from the classics, to modern RnB style tracks, including your favourite quintessential love songs like All-4-One’s ‘I Swear’, ‘All My Life’ by K-Ci & JoJo, ‘7 Days’ by Craig David and Beyonce’s ‘Love On Top’.
Each of these lists has been created as a DJ Set. They will play in programmed order, just like a DJ would, for your desired period of time all evening.
Tip: A wide-range of DJ Sets are available to choose from. Includes options for running the popular alternative to Valentine’s Day – Galentine’s parties.

2. Play their couples song
Who works harder than Cupid on Valentine’s Day? crowdDJ does.
Patrons can pick and play their couples songs from the app or kiosk, just by searching by song and artists.
Another item in Cupid’s toolbox of love is the Manage My Nightlife app. It can be used by front of house staff to take song requests easily, playing a couples favourite tunes from the convenience of their phone.
Here’s an example: we recently helped Panther’s North Richmond Club pull off the perfect proposal. Sentimental tunes, a timed pause in the music and scrolling text announcing the big moment were all put to work from the Nightlife system. To learn more click here.
3. Show your screens some love
Nightlife’s advertising library has been updated to include some dreamy backdrops to help with your venue’s celebration of love. Visit ‘Advertising Manager’ in the Manage My Nightlife web app to put them to work.
