Aussie musicians made huge gains in crowdDJ gyms and Nightlife locations during November’s AusMusic Month.
During a challenging year, our Nightlife team has worked hard to be a platform that ensures artists are still heard and discovered in public spaces, even when live performances are not possible.
In the lead up to annual celebration, AusMusic Month, our curation team programmed more Aussie music than ever before to play across the Nightlife network. And our software developers made it possible for songs to be featured on crowdDJ, shining a real spotlight on homegrown Aussie talent.
Plus Fitness Australia and Guy Sebastian also proudly jumped onboard our support local campaign, shouting-out to members to ‘Play Aussie Music’. The video below was shown across TV screens and social media networks throughout November.
- 16,503,208 Australian songs played across the entire Nightlife Music network, a 32% increase on October play data.
- 156,149 tracks by Australian song-writers and recording artists were picked on crowdDJ, a 40% increase on October.
