To support growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Warehouse & Manufacturing Manager, the successful candidate will assist with day-to-day Warehouse operations in a high-performing work culture.

You will be involved in:
  • Coordination of day-to-day warehouse operations
  • General administrative duties
  • Implementing quality control techniques and procedures
  • Manual handling of freight
  • Setting up and configuring Nightlife’s proprietary media players for clients and events
Selection criteria:
  • Previous experience in a quality management and / or dispatch role
  • Experience using hand and power tools whilst adhering to OH&S guidelines
  • Physically fit and able to load and offload deliveries and pack stock
  • Manual driver’s license
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to be flexible
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, identify faults and find solutions
  • Audio visual experience desirable
